Establish and maintain record keeping systems. The board office shall serve as a repository for all correspondence, records and actions of the board. The board office will maintain, secure, and separate files for the board, board business, and licensees.
Develop and maintain a working data base and word processing program with capabilities for handling applications, licensees, renewals and notices as required for the functioning of the board. Record annual continuing education units (CEUís) of each applicant as submitted. Prepare an annual roster of licensees and back up computer records daily.
